All features, tools, algorithms, recommendations, and analytics offered through MyGrowthEngine are delivered strictly as digital software services. We do not manufacture, package, store, or sell any tangible or physical merchandise.

Because MyGrowthEngine is exclusively an online digital product:

• There are zero physical shipments of any kind.
• We do not utilize postal services, freight carriers, courier networks, or parcel logistics.
• There are no physical tracking numbers, parcel dispatch notices, or physical delivery confirmations.

Delivery of the Service occurs electronically and immediately through your web browser:

• Free Audits & Website Scans: Generated in real-time within 30 to 60 seconds of domain submission at /scan.
• Account Creation: Workspace provisioning is instantaneous upon registration verification.
• Agency Pilot & Paid Plans: Plan entitlements, AI credit quotas, and expanded multi-tenant project limits are unlocked immediately upon successful trial activation or checkout completion.

Since no physical goods are delivered, there are no shipping fees, postage costs, handling fees, or customs duties applicable to any MyGrowthEngine subscription, audit, or service tier.

The price displayed during subscription checkout represents the complete, transparent software subscription fee (plus statutory taxes such as GST in India where applicable).

You are never required to provide a physical shipping address to receive or use MyGrowthEngine.

During checkout, our payment processor (Razorpay) may request a billing postal code or tax country solely to determine statutory tax compliance (e.g. state-specific GST invoicing in India) and prevent fraudulent transactions. This information is used strictly for billing validation and is never used for physical delivery.

The Service is provisioned on high-availability cloud infrastructure operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, subject to brief scheduled maintenance windows.

If you experience any delay in workspace provisioning or feature entitlement updates following checkout, our automated system typically synchronizes webhooks within seconds. Should any delay exceed 5 minutes, our support desk is ready to assist.

All transaction confirmations, monthly subscription renewal notices, and official tax invoices are delivered electronically:

• Automated email receipts are sent to your registered billing email address via Resend / Razorpay.
• Past invoices and payment history can be viewed and downloaded as PDF records directly from your Workspace dashboard under /dashboard/billing.
